Peach Cheesecake


This wonderful cheesecake recipe, like all the recipes sent to let you enjoy great food helping to change the world, at the same time. All you have to do is buy the branded ingredient to the recipe. In this case, the Priscilla of Amish family recipes peach jam. I hope you enjoy this as much as I do. If you want some great recipes, look for my name and they will all come. Peach Cheesecake

Crust:

1 cup graham cracker crumbs

1/4 cup sugar

1 tablespoon butter, melted

Filling:

2 eggs

12 ounces cream cheese, softened

1 cup of sugar

1/2 teaspoon vanilla

1/4 cup of Priscilla Amish family recipes peach jam, plus 1 cup

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

In a medium sized bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs with sugar and butter. Mix well and put into bottom and sides of an 8-inch springform cake pan. Make sure to press firmly against sides and bottom of the pan. Set crust aside.

Prepare the filling by beating the eggs and cream cheese together until creamy. Add sugar and vanilla and continue beating until well blended. Add cup of 1/4 of peach jam and stir until the jam is mixed throughout. Pour the mixture into the prepared crust and bake for 35 to 40 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool for 10 minutes.

Remove cake from oven and cover with remaining 1 cup of peach jam. Cool to room temperature and then store in the refrigerator overnight....
