The Tao of Training and Triathlon

Yes, it is true - a lot of people have trouble understanding how proper triathlon training works and how it makes their body. They tend to put their entire focus and all their efforts only on the wrong things. Here's a quick example to illustrate what I mean by this.

When you want to get your ab form that usually consider spending some time in a gym and torture yourself heavily on ab cruncher machine with greater enthusiasm, right? The reality is that the majority of people who end this type of punishment disappointed after a few weeks or months of strenuous exercise. Why? Why not simply work. It 'a perfect example of completely focusing all your energy on the wrong things!

Work your ab, while the level of body fat is simply too high you do not get where you want to be. But according to the present constitution might take only a short amount of time to trim down your body fat level. With proper exercise will be on your way to reveal the package within six weeks instead of months.

Now, what that has to do with triathlon training and you might say? I'm glad you asked. Because it is basically the same model that I see in triathlon training. People just focus all their energies on the wrong things. With less effort, which could give much better results.

Most triathletes would not want to hear this, but I'll be as honest and as straightforward as necessary for you to take this little idea. When you decide to triathlons as a hobby, consider that you invest a fair amount of time in it.

Once you've decided really getting serious with it: Welcome to a select group of people. Do not get distracted today by all the noises around you. All types of clothing triathlon hyper fantasy, the new clothes, cool sunglasses, wetsuits and triathlon all the rage 'RideMe 2000' recently the bicycle triathlon training machine that is almost a horse for you. Just learn to ignore it. At this point you have to do should be focused on one thing - the workout.

And that's usually the point where the next bad thing happens: Making the wrong type of training and doing too much of it. When you start your only goal should be to collect some miles and get the basic endurance limit. No need to go overboard and run the mile in 5 minutes or less. You want to focus on long and quiet workout. We ask that the 'soup training'.

A soup consists of 95-98% of water (= resistance training base) and 2-5% of seasonings and other ingredients (unit of rhythm make the salt of your soup). Collect your miles. Building on the foundations of your physical form. I guarantee that you will pay.

However, the biggest mistake I see people do (even in the long term triathlon training, my friends are 'guilty' of doing so), is exerting too often. That's right. Not so much a matter of quantity but the quality of your education that matters. And by quality I mean the proper relationship between a low-impact units and units of rhythm, and the selection of training methods are applicable in your training.

The problem with doing too much (or worse still doing the wrong type of training too) is that they give your body a chance to rest, to properly handle the momentum you've just exposed the body. So the simplest and best tip I can give you is: Use what you feel.

And if you do not want to do intervals on a given day then just do not do it. In reality there might be a good reason why your body gives you warning that feedback.
You might be surprised to hear that even after ten years of triathlon now I still randomly decide to walk only a few meters. Triathlon and training are all doing the little things regularly, instead of doing "great things" appear occasionally....
