Bonito with potatoes and carrots


This recipe is a favorite of mine. It is based on porrusalda, which has been replaced by blocks leeks nice (for those who sold frozen in supermarkets).

The ingredients we need are:

250 g of tuna in cubes

400 gr.de potatoes.

2 leeks.

1 / 2 onion.

minced garlic

200 gr. of carrots.

A glass of white wine

Oil.

Salt and pepper.

preparation:
