How to treat acne

INTRODUCTION

Acne is a bacterial infection under the skin that usually occurs in adolescence as we know and has multiple causes, including hormonal.

It begins with an overproduction of oil by the sebaceous glands, but this fact is not directly related to excessive fat intake. Rather, due to hormonal or psychosomatic causes (sometimes related to stress) that trigger the action of all glands

It is true that once the process is ongoing acne certain foods can trigger pimples. This association is unclear and is very specific to each individual. Each person should be tested and knowing your own body to know how they affect if certain foods like chocolate, toxins included in many packaged products such as chips, etc ... Yet we must realize that the power itself or cause or cure acne, you can simply activate or contribute to fighting.

TREATMENTS

The treatment of this skin condition can be hormonal, antibiotics or bactericides. There are many medications that treat this condition and some of them really serious side effects that must be taken into account before starting them. Our recommendation goes to consult several specialists and well-read labels for drugs, which in some cases can irreversibly affect the liver.

For this reason, natural treatments, which ultimately has a more definitive effects and are equally effective in all cases, are the most recommended for treating acne.

Very aggressive treatment with medications, in addition to serious side effects sometimes have a rebound effect that makes the moment you leave the treatment may appear a more severe than was intended to cure. Natural treatments are slower but do not have this effect regrowth.

ALOE VERA AND ACNE

Aloe vera has ingested antibiotics and antibacterial effects that act specifically on the skin. Its effects are visible during the first two weeks, however in cases where the infection is well established in inner layers of the skin, may seem to get worse, because the infection goes out and there is an outbreak at times which already existed.

The application of aloe gel on the seeds is astringent and disinfectant turn, so dry and cure the grain avoiding deterioration.

It is important to clean the skin since it can spread the infection.
