Who Is The King In The Business? Joan Claramunt

Who is king in business? Joan Claramunt

1. Customer focus: "the customer is king". This is the concept that turns the rest of the "philosophy" of relationship marketing. It is no longer in an economy in which the center was the product to move to a customer-centric economy.

2. Intelligence customers: You need to have knowledge of the client to develop products / services tailored to your expectations. To convert data into knowledge databases are used and rules.

3. Interactivity: The communication process passes a monologue (business to customer) to a dialogue (between the company and the client). Furthermore, it is the customer who directs the dialogue and decide when it starts and when finished.

4. Customer Loyalty: It is much better and more efficient (about six times smaller) customer loyalty to acquire new customers. The customer loyalty becomes very important and therefore the life cycle management of the client.

5. The focus of direct marketing communication is focused on individual customers rather than means "massive" (TV, press, etc..). It happens to develop campaigns based on product profiles, offers and messages targeted to certain types of customers, instead of using media with different messages.

6. Customization: Every client wants and offers customized communications so considerable efforts in intelligence and customer segmentation. Customizing the message, in substance and in form, dramatically increases the effectiveness of communication activities.

7. Think of customers as an asset whose return is often in the medium and long term and not always in the short-term income. The customer becomes a reference to develop targeted marketing strategies to capture their value over time.
